I recently got wind of a possible Nike SB release. The word is that they are working on a Wizard of Oz themed edition. First up, the Nike SB Dunk Low "Dorothy", which has inspirations from the infamous Kansas-rattling twister, Dorothy's iconic Ruby Slippers, and Dorothy's Gingham dress. Along the upper you will find a dark grey / white gradient transitioning from the toe box and working it's way back to the heel to represent the storm pattern. The Ruby Red laces and matching stitching within the shoe are, of course, to represent the Ruby Slippers. And last but not least, the Gingham dress pattern along the ankle and inner lining which seals the "Dorothy" look. Keep these on your radar and I will be sure to update you on a release date, if there is one!
