If you don't know, now you do, I would like to introduce you to Ashley SzczebaK from Springfield, Ma and Westerly, RI. Her background is Italian, Polish, and Indian, amazing mix! She is currently a Para-Professional with special need children and a personal training nutritionist.

We had the opportunity to interview Ashley and here's what she has to say!

Nothing is impossible. The truth is in the word itself…"I'm Possible" Little over a year ago, I decided to challenge myself in a way I had never thought was imaginable. I found myself stuck at the crossroad between doing what I thought I was supposed to do instead of going after what I wanted to do. It was the first time in my life that I did something for myself and it began with making a decision to compete as a bikini competitor. The transformation I made within this last year goes beyond just the physical.

Mentally, I am the strongest I have ever been. The burden of my flaws and imperfections would previously steer me towards self-doubt, insecurity and negativity. Overtime I have learned to embrace the negatives and turn them into positives. It's simple…you are the way you think. After competing in 5 NPC regional shows and becoming a 4x nationally qualified competitor, I have developed the knowledge and skill set to train independently. It does not come easy and it can't be cheated. Hard work, discipline and dedicated is how I got to where I am today. My promise to whoever can learn from my experience, feeling confident in your own skin is the sexiest outfit you will ever wear. This journey started with finding myself and sees no end. Believing in myself was the stepping-stone in finding my passion to help others. I aspire to inspire other people. Currently, I am personal training, coaching first time competitors, teaching fitness classes, working a full time job and training for my first national show in June. I am excited to see what 2015 will bring.
