The Cleveland Cavaliers closed out the Chicago Bulls 94-73 to reach the Eastern Conference Finals. This will be LeBron James' 5th straight Conference Finals and he hopes it will also be 5 straight NBA Finals. Like him, hate him, it is quite an accomplishment. With Kyrie Irving hobbled, an unknown back up point guard named Matt Dellavedova rose to the occasion. Also helping out was 2 New York Knicks castaways, Iman Shumpert and JR Smith. They will await their next opponent in either the Atlanta Hawks or the Washington Wizards. Atlanta leads that series 3-2 in what has been a very entertaining one.

The Chicago Bulls season has ended and an offseason of uncertainty looms. Multiple reports have Head Coach Tom Thibodeau on his way out. For what reason, I don't know. It wasn't his fault Derrick Rose was injured most of the season. It didn't help that their big free-agent acquisition, Pau Gasol missed 2 games in the series. Losing at home, well, getting your butt whooped on your home floor could be the end of the road. We'll see.
