Up 3-1 in a series that was theirs and now their season is over. James Harden and the Houston Rockets capped off a very, very impressive series win on Sunday afternoon against the Los Angeles Clippers. The Rockets won 113-100 to send the Clippers fishing. Harden led the way with 31 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds. I'm not a big Doc Rivers fan, with the way he left my Boston Celtics (from the heart with years still left on his contract!) and 8-time All-Star Chris Paul has still not made it to a Conference Finals (Overrated?), so I'm glad (True Celtic) Kevin McHale and his team are moving on. Quick note that the Rockets are 0-4 against the Warriors this season but the playoffs are a totally different beast.

The Houston Rockets will now meet MVP Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors to determine who will represent the Western Conference in the NBA Finals. The series will kick off in Oakland, CA on Tues night. The Eastern Conference Finals will be between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Atlanta Hawks starting on Weds night.
